This cultivar is one of the semi-dry and meat one, it is the most famous cultivar in Hormozgan province. And also most expensive date in Iran. The main sugar in it is fructose, which is easily and quickly used in the body’s metabolism and is very suitable as a permitted sugar consumed by people with diabetes.

I would like to try a small quantity, e.g., one kilo of Piarom Dates before considering more. I would like to try Piarom and seen the difference between them and the Medjool Dates, which are much more available. How can I buy a kilo or other small quantity to see their quality and taste?
